These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to getssdifast.com and our phone and text services (together, the "Service"), operated by Get Called LLC ("Get Called," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are: A Referral Service, Not a Law Firm

Get Called LLC is a marketing and referral service. We are not a law firm, attorney, or accredited representative, and we do not give legal advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration (SSA) or any government agency. You may apply for benefits directly with SSA at no cost at ssa.gov or 1-800-772-1213.

2. No Recommendation

We do not recommend, endorse, rate, or vouch for any attorney or advocate, and we do not analyze your legal problem. We connect you to a participating independent representative based only on your state and who is available. You are free to choose any representative, or none.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Calling us, texting us, or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any representative. Do not send confidential details until a representative agrees to represent you. A relationship with a representative begins only when you and that representative sign an agreement.

4. Independent Representatives and Our Compensation

Participating representatives are independent and solely responsible for the services they provide. We do not control their work. Get Called LLC may receive compensation from participating independent attorneys and advocates for referrals. That payment is for advertising and lead services; it is not a share of any legal fee. No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other representatives.

5. Fees

Representative fees for Social Security disability claims are regulated by federal law (see 42 U.S.C. 406 and 20 CFR 404.1720 and 404.1725) and require SSA approval. Your representative will explain their fee agreement before you sign anything. Our service is free to you.

6. No Guarantee; Availability

We do not guarantee that you will be connected with a representative, that a representative will accept your case, or any result. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and no approval of benefits is guaranteed. Services may not be available in all states.

6a. About Our Name

The Get SSDI Fast name refers to quickly connecting you with a representative, not to how fast SSA decides claims. SSA sets its own processing times.

7. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be 18 or older and in the United States to use the Service. You agree to give true information and to submit only your own phone number, or one you are authorized to use.

8. Calls and Text Messages

If you check the consent box and submit our form, you agree that Get Called LLC and one disability representative it matches you with may contact you at the number provided, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, and texts, about your disability claim. Consent is not required to receive services; you can call (888) 819-1715 instead. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, and we will honor it within 10 business days. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Call Recording

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and compliance where allowed by law. Where the law requires all parties to consent, we will tell you at the start of the call.

10. Website Content

Content on this site is general information, not legal advice. It may not reflect the latest law or apply to your situation. Do not rely on it instead of advice from a qualified representative.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false or someone else's information, use bots or scrapers, attempt to break security, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

12. Intellectual Property

The site design, text, and the Get SSDI Fast name belong to Get Called LLC. You may view and print pages for personal use only.

13. Other Websites

Links to other websites, such as ssa.gov, are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, GET CALLED LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

16. Indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for claims caused by your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law of your state gives you the right to sue where you live. You may also bring an individual claim in small claims court.

18. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
